Blood bowl 2 dwarves6/24/2023 With teams like them it's just the generic advice of: position well. Well, as a lot of people agree, they are fantastic, once you figure out how to play with them. I chose Chorfs because thye are my favorite faction in Warhammer lore, even they do not have spikey hats in Blood Bowl 2. I actually once tried orks ago and my team did surprisingly well. Try Undead or Orks till you get a better idea of skills and positioning, maybe? Aye, I'm a noob when it comes to Blood Bowl. Specific advices about a team might be a bit premature if you still straggle with basics. Originally posted by Hairy Coo:Chorfs are a great team, but it seems you need to learn a bit more about the game still and they are not the best team for that. I'm gonna improve my Chorfs when they finally level up! You want to be hitting things with your stumpy legged dorfs, so don't take one! These are hepful advices for me. You want to be hitting things with your stumpy legged dorfs, so don't take one! The Chaos Dwarf team is a great mix of solid mutation capable Chorfs, deceptfully fast and with break tackle mobile Bulls, and mega cheap fouling pieces.Īt the moment you aren't playing it to its strengths.Įdit as I'm too slow at typing: the Chorf Mino is the worst big guy. Keep them cheap, get 1-2 spares and foul dudes. Hobbos are trash, beautiful trash! They foul, they kick the ball, they wrestle things for other Hobbos to foul. A 2nd doubles for dodge/ diving tackle can be great! If they haven't rolled a doubles for claw by their third level you probably want to send them to the glue factory. Then whatever you didn't pick first, then stand firm. Dodge on doubles synergizes with BT nicely and helps keep him on his hooves.Ĭhorfs get guard/ mighty blow depending on how killy you wanna be. If the kick is deep you can probably accept a couple of turn overs to try and pick up the ball.īulls should grab block/ break tackle/ sure hands. I'd be tempted to delete and start again.Ī lot of people ball carry with the Bulls. If you're only a couple of games in, it's in Open play, not a scheduled league. I know that's harsh, but it's such a huge waste. You've picked one of the worst choices possible for a level on a Bull. I'm pondering should I buy minotaur? Even undead has higher strenght stats than my team. I chose Dauntless because I thought it was helpful for my centaur but I was totally wrong. This is helpful, most of time I don't know what I'm doing with my team and this spmewhat clears Originally posted by awekawek:Why would you put dauntless on a ST4 player? It only kicks in when a player is stronger than he is, which is at ST5 and that's "only" big guys and ST4 players that got the +ST level up. You just hit everything that comes close to you and grind the other team down.ĭon't know if that helps. They can't just run around and kill everything. Even if they have chaos in the name, you kind of have to be methodical with them, I feel. A lot of people seem to play them a bit wrong. I also win much more against chorfs then I lose. With the low agility you have a hard time picking it up and faster teams will be happy to run up and get it before you do. You can use the other hobbos to run around and give assists on blocks.Īnd never let anyone near the ball when it's on the ground. Get dirty player on at least one hobbo and foul away. You might end up in a pile with all the other players and just block for a few turns until you gain the upper hand and clear a path for you ball carrier. A blocker that's far away from the pack is a bit useless for a while.Īlso you have to plan ahead. They are a weird mix of different speeds and strenghts. +ST when you roll a 12.Ĭhorfs are my best team stat wise, I win much more with them than I lose. if you carrie the ball with your hobbo.įor the blockers I go with guard for at least two of them before I get them mighty blow to make them more annoying.
